Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

I want to go to Congress to fight for the average Joe and Jill by protecting their paycheck, guaranteeing their medical care and seeing that Social Security is expanded not cut.

I do not take corporate contributions or pac money, only individual contributions. I will represent the 99%, not the 1%.

I propose using an increase in government investment to build a green "carbon free" renewable energy infrastructure in my district and region. This includes a modernized electric grid doubling as the backbone for a public wi-fi system. A continued investment in solar and wind power. The renewing of the water and sewer systems, repairing and updating roads and bridges.

The long term investment returns in the form of higher employment and wages, knock-on effects of increased region wide economic growth and greater productivity increases through efficiency will pay back the US Treasury handsomely.
