The Board of Trustees resolves that it be submitted for public question whether the tax rate under the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law for Penn Township, Shelby County, Illinois, be increased by an additional amount equal to 0.09488% above the limiting rate for the purpose of increasing district revenues for general township purposes and be equal to .33508% of the equalized assessed value of the taxable property therein for levy year 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019?
