About this office
Illinois circuit judges are elected to serve six-year terms. They can decide any kind of case, except redistricting of the General Assembly or the ability of the governor to serve in office. Decisions of the circuit court can be appealed to the appellate court.
These incumbent judges are not being evaluated against an opponent. You may vote ‘yes’ for each of them to keep their seat for another term or ‘no’ for them to not retain it.
